Group Acquires Eastbridge Worksite Enrollment Technology Unit

NU Online News Service, Nov. 6, 1:36 p.m. – Mike Foley and a group of unnamed investors have acquired a worksite enrollment technology company from Eastbridge Consulting Group Inc., Avon, Conn.

The company, Eastbridge Technology Inc., Des Moines, Iowa, develops worksite enrollment systems for the Web and laptop computers.

Foley has been the president of the Des Moines business since March.

Foley and his team will re-name the subsidiary ETI Inc., but it will keep its offices in Des Moines and continue to focus on enrollment technology, Foley says.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Before Foley joined Eastbridge, he was president of Westport Benefits, Westport, Conn., a company that developed systems for using a single payroll slot to pay for many different benefits.

Foley also spent 11 years at Johnson & Higgins/Kirke Van Orsdel Inc., Des Moines, a benefits consulting firm.
