MetLife Investors Introduces Three Variable Annuities In New York

NU Online News Service, June 19, 10:45 a.m. – MetLife Investors Group, Newport Beach, Calif., has introduced three new variable annuities in the New York state.

MetLife Investors will sell two of the products, the Class B and Class AA variable annuities, through its own distributors, and a third product, the Class VA variable annuity, through general distribution.

The menu of sub-accounts in the Class VA variable annuity includes sub-accounts picked by Morningstar Inc., Chicago, MetLife Investors says.

MetLife Investors is a subsidiary of MetLife Inc., New York.

MetLife, which is known for selling through career agents, recently established MetLife Investors to reach out to independent financial advisors.
