A Pacific Life executive will be the vice chair of LIMRA's parent.

LL Global — the parent of LIMRA, LOMA and the Secure Retirement Institute — says Neil Sprackling will continue to be the organization’s chair in 2022.

Sprackling is president for U.S. life and health at Swiss Re America Holding Corp. and LL Global’s 2021 chair.

LL Global also announced that Adrian Griggs, chief operating officer of Pacific Life Insurance Company, was elected vice chair. Griggs is on track to succeed Sprackling as LL Global’s chair in 2023.

David Levenson, the LL Global CEO, will continue to the group’s CEO.

LL Global serves about 1,200 member companies in 71 countries. It was formed by a merger of LIMRA and LOMA in 2013.

Traditionally, LIMRA has helped life insurers and other companies conduct and analyze market focus. LOMA has helped life insurers and other companies improve home office operations. Both organizations offer member companies many different ways to meet and share information.

LIMRA now has about 700 member companies in 53 countries.

LOMA has about 900 member companies in 57 countries.

The latest Form 990 filing available on the IRS website shows that the group reported $52 million in revenue in 2018 on $72 million in assets.
