CNA to Offer Some LTCI Insureds Free Concierge Services
The service will try to help policyholders find the resources they need to stay in their homes.
CNA is trying to keep its long-term care insurance (LTCI) insureds in their homes longer by offering some free advice on community resources.

The Chicago-based insurer will provide free help for some insureds by offering them 12 months of access to a new concierge services program.
Live humans at The Helper Bees, the company running the program, will give the insureds personalized advice about what their situation is and what kinds of services they need.
A concierge might tell an insured about local support groups, medical management programs, transportation services, or other services that could help the insured age in place, CNA says.
CNA no longer sells LTCI coverage, but it was once a major LTCI issuer, and it continues to provide LTCI coverage for many longtime policyholders.
The company still provides property and casualty insurance for long-term care services providers.
