All financial advisors can now say hello to Junxure’s cloud-based customer relationship management solution. Junxure announced Wednesday the general release of Junxure Cloud, following its initial release to a limited number of firms at the end of January.

“It’s designed and built and works like advisors work,” said Greg Friedman, President of Junxure, in a phone interview. “So it makes sense.”

A lot of the other CRMs are essentially built for any industry and are modified for the customer, but the Junxure Cloud CRM system is architected from the ground up for advisors, Friedman said.

And Friedman, who is also president of Private Ocean, a West Coast wealth management firm, knows what he’s talking about.

“I live on these products,” he said in an interview. “I am my own customer. And I’m a picky and discerning customer at that.”

Highlights of Junxure Cloud are its single-sign on access to industry-specific client information and key third-party integrations. Some of the integrations that are already available with the cloud-based system are Envestnet, LPL Financial (BranchNet), the Orion Connect portfolio management application by Orion Advisor Services LLC, and PortfolioCenter, withadditional integrations to be scheduled in the following months.

“We have a very aggressive product road map for both Junxure and Junxure Cloud that will continue to expand and improve with more features and functionality,” Friedman said in a statement. “We are delighted to offer our customers a choice between on-premise and cloud-based CRM solutions with the added components of consulting and training that help the advisor realize the maximum return on investment.”

Friedman noted on the phone how demand is definitely strong already.

“The feedback we’re getting and got throughout beta (testing) has been very positive,” he added.

The initial release rolled out on Jan. 31 of this year to a limited number of advisory firms – both existing and long-time Junxure users and new customers – with hands-on support from Junxure specialists to help migrate the firm’s data as well as provide training to advisors and their teams

The official marketing push for Junxure Cloud began last June, when Junxure kicked off a series of live preview demos.
