Where Obamacare premiums will soar

The inequitable leaps and dips in premium prices across the country due to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act have more to do with the insurance environment in the state before the controversial regulation than after it. States that did not require insurers operating within their borders to offer comprehensive coverage that included those with pre-existing conditions will see premiums jump while heavily regulated states like New York and California will see premiums plummet.
