Penn State to penalize workers who refuse health screenings

Companies and organizations across the country are looking at ways to keep health care costs down without placing the burden on employees in the form of premium hikes. Penn State recently announced that employees who do not step on the scale and have their waist measured could see penalties of around $100 a month. But some employees view this as an infringement on their civil liberties. Infringement or not, this could be the wave of the future.
