Barnstorming for jobs and growth

Rick Perry is back on the stump but this time around he is hitting big states like California and Illinois not for votes to receive the GOP presidential nod but rather to promote the business climate in his state. The Texas Governor is touting the free market, small business model that has left his state with no personal income tax and a jobless rate of 6.4 percent, well below the national average, and leaving blue state politicians with smoke coming out of their ears.
