Could a disability happen to you?

Just how misinformed are consumers when it comes to disability insurance? They’re not winning any gold stars, that’s for sure. The recent LIMRA/LIFE 2013 Insurance Barometer Study notes that, while 68 percent of consumers believe that most people need disability insurance and 51 percent say they personally need disability insurance, just 30 percent own a policy.
