After Secretary of State John Kerry tried to slow down escalating rhetoric and military maneuvers by offering dialogue with the North, Kim Jung Un warned that his attack against the South will come with “no warning.” As the North celebrated the 101st anniversary of the birth of the founder of the state, the South burned effigies of all three Kims.
