A federal judge has ruled that the morning after pill must be made available over the counter to women of all ages. HHS Secretary Kathy Sebelius overruled the FDA in 2011 and the pill was only available over the counter to women over the age of 17. Conclusive scientific evidence that the pill is harmful to those under the age of 17 is yet to be found and the judge likened the research process to “administrative filibustering.”
