Great salespeople are the fuel that keep companies operating and in the black. But they must do more than simply sell. In today’s global, connected, multi-tasking society, great salespeople must also have empathy, honesty and, at the most basic level, “niceness.” Lacking even one of these qualities can poison a team, and means that the job of selling won’t be done as well as it could be.
