The Facebook job board is here: Recruiting will never look the same

Facebook’s great for bragging about vacations, posting crazy political rants … and finding a job? That’s what the social network is hoping as it launches the first iteration of its jobs board. Experts say the board is as much a help for employers (half of whom already use Facebook in the recruiting process) and users (who can now apply for jobs within Facebook) as it is for the social network, which is looking for ways to monetize its services after its much-hyped IPO earlier this year.
