Many in U.S. doubt students are prepared for work

According to a Gallup poll, confidence that the youths of America—high school dropouts, high school grads and college grads—are prepared for the working world is lacking. Even parents with children in school are concerned for their progeny’s readiness for the 9-to-5. Bottom line: Americans feel companies need workers who make meaningful contributions but the educational system is not preparing them properly.
