Hartford Financial Services Group Inc., Simsbury Conn., has hired Steve Kluever to be vice president of product and marketing for its global annuity division.

Kluever previously was senior vice president of product and investment management at Jackson National, Okemos, Mich.

Kluever has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Illinois State University.

OneAmerica Financial Partners, Inc., Indianapolis, has promoted Scott Davidson to be executive vice president.

Davidson previously was chief financial officer of the company.

AIG Inc., New York, has hired Jeffery M. Farber to be senior vice president, deputy chief financial officer.

Farber previously was executive vice president of finance and corporate development and chief financial officer at Gamco Investors Inc. Rye, N.Y.

Farber has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University and a master’s degree from New York University.

Transamerica Retirement Services, Los Angeles, has promoted Jim Kais to be vice president and director of institutional sales and special markets. He will succeed former vice president of institutional sales and business development Kelly Michel.

Kais will lead sales for Transamerica’s multiple employer plans and Taft-Hartley Plan.

Kais previously was vice president of special markets.

Kais has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ursinus College. He holds the Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant and Accredited Investment Fiduciary designations.

Great- West Retirement Services, Greenwood Village, Colo., has named Scott Waite to be regional sales director for the metro Detroit and western Michigan market.

Waite previously worked at John Hancock Retirement Services, Boston, for 14 years.

Waite has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Towson State University.

Starr International USA, Inc. New York, has hired Wayne Gutridge to be head of Starr’s North American region and has hired Colleen Gannon to be head of accident and health operations in North America.

Gutridge previously was the North American head of mass consumer markets of accident and health at Zurich Financial Services, Zurich, Switzerland.

Gannon previously was vice president of operations for Zurich Accident & Health, Zurich, Switzerland.

Starr International USA, New York, is a unit of companies led by former chairman of AIG, New York, Maurice Greenberg.

Futurity First Insurance Group, Rocky Hill, Conn., has hired Mark Keating to be sales vice president of the Eastern Region.

Keating previously was vice president of sales and national sales manager at Transamerica, Los Angeles.

Keaton holds the Chartered Life Underwriter professional designation.

Willis North America, Boston, has promoted Jon Trevisan to be senior vice president, director of placement for human capital practice, effective immediately.

Trevisan previously was senior vice president of human capital placement and carrier relations.

Premier Healthcare Exchange Inc., Bedminster, N.J., has hired Leo Garneau III to be vice president of marketing.
