I would say his honesty. He shoots straight. As for negatives, I would like to hear more ways to make money, but maybe there aren’t any out there right now.
Chuck N., 77, Lawrence, Kan.

My advisor does a good job of keeping in touch, and making me feel comfortable about my assets and retirement. If there’s an area for improvement, I’d like him to really break down issues that are affecting my retirement. I think that would help.
Don R., 71, Sarasota, Fla.

My advisor is very conscientious. He works real hard to make sure that I have all the information that
I need and that I’m taken care of. I appreciate that. I can’t think of anything bad to say about him. He’s
done a good job for me.
Nancy U., 76, Chicago, Ill.

The best thing is that my advisor’s made me a lot of money. He has a lot of ideas and most of them have paid off big time. The bad thing is, he has a lot of ideas. He’s always, I mean always, pitching me products. Again, they seem to pay off, but he’s a pure salesman.
