DTCC Launches Attachments Feature

A financial services infrastructure company has introduced a service that could improve automation of the annuity sales process.

National Securities Clearing Corp., a unit of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., New York, says its new Attachments system will give annuity issuers and distributors the ability to send documents and signatures through the Web, without resorting to paper copies or facsimile transmissions.
