MetLife Inc. has introduced a new online open-enrollment portal to help employers and brokers administer employee benefit programs.

The platform includes research, advice, and support for employers and brokers preparing for this fall's benefits open-enrollment period. It also offers a new position paper, Employee Benefits: A Differentiator During Challenging Economic Times.

MetLife says the portal also provides sample surveys that employers can hand out to their workforce to help weigh the success of their benefits communications and their employees' understanding of benefits offered. It also includes benchmarking information that lets employers and brokers compare benefits offerings and objectives by industry and geography.

For employees, the site provides a way to identify the benefits that make most sense for them and their families.

The portal can be found on the Web by clicking here.
