Humana Inc. and SBLI USA Mutual Life Insurance Company Inc. have started Web sites aimed at specific demographic groups.
Humana, Louisville, Ky., has set up a free site at http://www.realforme.com that is especially designed to appeal to baby boomers.
The site offers sections on Work, Self, Family and Play, and each section features an expert blogger who will blog on the topic of that section.
The site also offers a message board system and a search engine that lists jobs posted by “age friendly” employers, Humana says.
SBLI, New York, has set up a site for women at http://www.sbliusa.com/women
The SBLI site offers a variety of resources geared toward women.
