Thomas MacLeay, the chairman and president of NLV Financial Corp., will be giving up the title of president, the company says.
MacLeay, 58, has been president of NLV, Montpelier, Vt., the parent company of National Life Insurance Company, since 1996 and chairman since 2002.
MacLeay will continue to be the chairman of the company, which does business as the National Life Group.
