An insurer is trying to provide more help for the field representatives selling its 401(k) products and other retirement plan products.
Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., has set up a new retirement plan consultant program.
The regional consultants will help field reps sell 401(k) plans and the company’s Individual(k) plans.
The initial members of the regional consultant team are Patrick Lutes, Jason Orsini, Ruben Ramirez and Bill Robuck.
The consultants will help producers find prospective clients, connect financial professionals with retirement plan administrators, and work with the Pacific Life teams that support broker-dealer retirement specialists, Pacific Life says.
