Christian Fidelity Life Insurance Company, Phoenix, Ariz., announced it has acquired Dallas General Life Insurance Company.

Dallas General provides Medicare supplement insurance to seniors throughout Texas.

Christian Fidelity is a subsidiary of Oxford Life Insurance Company, which sells life insurance, deferred annuities and Medicare supplements through independent marketing organizations and personal producing general agents.

Oxford Life, a unit of the holding company, Amerco Inc., Reno, Nev., also owns North American Insurance Company, which underwrites Medicare supplement insurance.
