Symetra Financial has developed a training program the teach advisors in banks how to sell life insurance and related products.[@@]
Symetra Financial, a marketing name for Symetra Life Insurance Company, Bellevue, Wash., says it will provide sales training and consulting to banks and other financial institutions through TFS Training & Consulting Inc.
The insurance company is offering the support to securities registered advisors and licensed platform representatives in institutions selling Symetra products. The training will also help them sell other carriers’ products, Symetra says.
Symetra is owned by an investor group led by White Mountains Insurance Group Ltd. and Berkshire Hathaway Inc.
