A Des Moines, Iowa, insurer has released a free book that can give employers ideas about ways to improve employee loyalty and productivity.[@@]
Researchers at the insurer, Principal Financial Group Inc., have based the guide, “Innovations at Work: A Guide To Best Practices In Employee Benefits,” on the lessons the researchers have learned while compiling a list of the “10 best companies for employee financial security.”
The guide shows how employers with 5 to 1,000 employees are building retirement benefits, disability benefits and other benefits into their compensation packages.
