Standard Splits Responsibility For Big Retirement Plans

Standard Insurance Company, Portland, Ore., has promoted Kevin Rainwater to director of national accounts for retirement plans.[@@]

Rainwater will handle employers in the eastern United States, and another manager, Blair Campbell, will handle employers in the West. Campbell has been responsible for all national accounts.

Rainwater, who previously was a pension consultant at Standard, has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Alabama.

Standard is a unit of StanCorp Financial Group Inc., Portland, Ore.
