NU Online News Service, May 20, 2004, 10:45 a.m. EDT – Torrid Technologies Inc., Atlanta, has added a long term care cost feature to its Retirement Savings Planner 2004 ? Professional Edition software.[@@]
The software package helps financial advisors show clients what will happen when the clients retire.
The new version, Version 6, includes a tool that can illustrate the possible effects of long term care costs on a retirement savings plan. The LTC tool also can help advisors show clients that paying for private LTC insurance will have little effect on the clients’ retirement standard of living, Torrid says.
