Kentucky once had a reputation for driving individual health insurers from the state with onerous laws and regulations, but the “regulatory environment in Kentucky has steadily improved in recent years,” says American Medical Chairman Samuel Miller.

Kentucky now has a viable individual health market, Miller says.

American Medical reports that it is looking for agents in Kentucky to help sell the MedOne product.
