NU Online News Service, Oct. 21, 2003, 11:43 a.m. EDT – Group Health Service of Oklahoma Inc., Tulsa, Okla., will be using the ClaimPack system from Captiva Software Corp., San Diego, to feed paper claim forms and related documents into its claims adjudication and payment system.

Group Health, which does business as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma, will use the system to process more than 3 million documents each year, Captiva says.

Captiva estimates the Group Health contract will be worth about $600,000.

Group Health already has been using the Captiva InputAccel software system to feed customer letters, records and other paper documents into its computers.
