NU Online News Service, Sept. 16, 2003, 2:32 p.m. EDT – InCharge Institute of America Inc., Orlando, Fla., a nonprofit credit counseling organization, has joined with the National Military Family Association, Alexandria, Va., to start Military Money, a quarterly personal finance magazine and Web site aimed at families of military service members.

The publishers are distributing the magazine with the support of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Military Community and Family Policy in connection with the U.S. Department of Defense “Financial Readiness Campaign.”

The magazine will address topics such as financial issues involved with deployment and the return to civilian life, InCharge says.

The publishers will be giving Military Money away at U.S.-based military bases, commissaries and family centers. The initial circulation goal will be 100,000.
