NEW YORK (HedgeWorld.com)–Ryan O’Connell joined Ardrey Consulting Group, the soft dollar division of the agency executive firm Reynders Gray & Co. Inc., this month to assist in hedge fund sales.
The firm specializes in working with hedge fund managers eager to get research, services anf trading execution from an independent third party, according to Jim Ardrey, managing director at the ACG.
ACG often works with hedge funds requiring independent research on a specific sector, and also offers other services as a function of outsourcing its trading desk, commission recapture and soft dollar services. The consulting firm counsels alternative investment managers on the appropriate use of commission dollars to defray the costs of investment research.
