NU Online News Service, Nov. 4, 10:55 a.m. – PacifiCare Behavioral Health, Laguna Hills, Calif., today announced the appointment of Barbara W. Cahn to lead the company’s national sales initiative.
Cahn will be responsible for all national sales activities for PacifiCare’s Health Plan Division and for developing strategic alliances with health plans in the Eastern, Southern and Midwestern states.
Cahn will also leverage her expertise in state, federal and large municipal business, the company says.
Most recently, Cahn was vice president, public programs and health plans at Magellan Behavioral Health of Columbia, Md. While at Magellan, Cahn also served as vice president, state programs, responsible for all aspects of the sales process, PacifiCare says.
