NU Online News Service, July 23, 11:44 a.m. – American Medical Security Group Inc., Green Bay, Wis., a health insurer, says Gary Guengerich, its chief financial officer, will retire at the end of the year, after five years with the company, for personal reasons.
Guengerich will help look for his successor, and his departure has nothing to do with the past or future financial results of the company, American Medical says.
