Pacific Life Turns Two Equity Portfolios Over To Putnam

NU Online News Service, Oct. 24, 10:08 a.m. ? Pacific Life Insurance Company, Newport Beach, Calif., has picked Putnam Investments, Boston, to run its equity and aggressive equity investment portfolios.

Previously, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, New York, managed the equity portfolio, and Alliance Capital Management L.P., New York, managed the aggressive equity portfolio.

The portfolios, which control a total of $1 billion in assets, are open to purchasers of Pacific Life variable life insurance products and variable annuity products.
