NU Online News Service, Aug. 20, 12:56 p.m. – Prudential Retirement Services, a unit of Prudential Insurance Company of America, Newark, N.J., is adding a new report design tool to its retirement plan Web sites.

A plan administrator can use the tool to design a custom report format and save the format as a template for future reports.

Prudential computers will process a custom report request, then notify the administrator by electronic mail when the completed report is available online, Prudential says.

The Prudential pension unit manages $70 billion in assets for 1 million U.S. pension plan members.
