Erin Linehan, senior vice president of supervision at Raymond James, serves as board chair for Pace Center for Girls of Hillsborough County, a Florida-based nonprofit that provides at-risk girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy.

Through targeted outreach, drawing on her gifts of networking and 1:1 connection, Linehan has strengthened Pace’s leadership team and significantly increased the community’s familiarity with and support of the organization.

In 2023, Pace reaped the benefits through its two signature fundraising events: Journey to Success and Spirits of Pace. Combined revenue from these events climbed more than 40% year over year.
