His most recent position before Addepar was as a product marketer at American Century Investments where he was responsible for the product messaging and strategy for the firm’s global, alternative and ETF products.

William Trout, Director, Wealth Management, Javelin Strategy. 

William Trout is a thought leader on North American technology strategy and innovation in the wealth and asset management industries. He has particular expertise on platform automation; portfolio management and optimization tools; data capture, storage and analytics; and robotic process automation and AI. Within the wealth management arena, his interests include financial planning, investment advisory, retail brokerage, and trust.

An authority on digital advice delivery, William has been widely quoted in publications such as Bloomberg, CNBC, Financial Times, New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences and client gatherings.

Mike Gault, Partner, Mirador, LLC.

Mike Gault joined the firm from Mid Atlantic Capital Group, formerly The Private Wealth Partners, an independent RIA and introducing broker. Mike built the technology platform and the operation department focused on the needs of ultra high net worth investors and the financial advisors that service them.

Prior to that, Mike helped launch Cantor Fitzgerald Wealth Partners (CFWP), an independent wealth advisory firm servicing HNW families, foundations and endowments. Mike was a member of CFWP’s management team and focused on sourcing financial products and technology solutions.

He began his career with Mellon’s Private Wealth Management, worked as an investment associate at UBS Financial Services, and lastly was a senior portfolio strategist and platform architect for WeiserMazars Wealth Advisors, an RIA and wholly-owned subsidiary of an international accounting firm based in New York City.

Mike is an avid outdoorsman. When he’s not in the office, you will find him fly fishing, biking, hiking, or swimming, usually accompanied by his wife and two children.
