NAIFA member reps have also voted to confirm:

Cammie Scott will be the immediate past president. Kevin Mayeux will continue to be NAIFA’s chief executive officer.

Michel said in a release that NAIFA’s new strategic plan calls for the group to focus on growing membership, improving members’ experience and amplifying the NAIFA brand. He said NAIFA will continue the momentum the group established under Scott’s leadership.

The NAIFA governance committee nominated candidates to the officer positions earlier this year. The group, founded in 1890, has policy advocacy teams that are active both in Washington and in state capitals.
