The Alliance is a Burlington, North Carolina-based company that was founded in 2002. It has sold about $150 billion in protection life insurance to 1.5 million people, generating about $1.6 billion in life insurance premium revenue, or a little more than $1,000 in premiums per person.

The companies are not saying how much Integrity Marketing is paying for The Alliance, but Andy Albright, the chief executive officer of The Alliance, will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.

Albright will continue to run The Alliance, Integrity Marketing says.
