Kevin Kennedy Moves to Pacific Life: Personnel Matters

Chris Flint will lead Farmers New World Life.

Pacific Life has hired Kevin Kennedy to be senior vice president, sales, and chief marketing officer at the company’s Retirement Solutions Division.

Kennedy previously was managing director and head of individual retirement at Equitable Holdings.

He has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State.

Farmers Insurance has hired Chris Flint to be president of the company’s Farmers New World Life Insurance Company unit.

Flint previously was as president of ProEquities Inc. and senior vice President, distribution companies, for Protective Life Insurance Company.

Flint has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and master’s degree in business from Creighton University. He is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) large firm governor and previously was a Financial Services Institute (FSI) board member.

ClaimVantage has hired Kelly Wells to be chief operating officer.

Kelly, who joined ClaimVantage in January as the Head of U.S. operations, will focus on increasing ClaimVantage’s operational efficiency and enhancing the customer service aspect of the business in her new role, the company says.

Before she began working for ClaimVantage, she was director of technology at Benefit Harbor Insurance Services.
