Integrity Marketing Makes 2 More Deals
One is for a final expense and annuity IMO, and the other is for a Medicare plan IMO.
Integrity Marketing Group LLC has announced two more senior products distributor acquisitions.
The Dallas-based company says it has completed the acquisition of Family First Life LLC of Uncasville, Connecticut, and Medicare Advantage Specialists Inc. of Hoover, Alabama.

Integrity Marketing is not disclosing the price of either deal.
Shawn Meaike, who is the founder and president of Family First Life, and Jerry Klamer, the president of Medicare Advantage Specialists, will get stakes in Integrity Marketing, according to Integrity Marketing.
Integrity Marketing, which has acquired more than 20 U.S. senior products distributors since 2016, recently reported raising a significant amount off cash from Harvest Partners, an investment firm.
Family First Life is an insurance marketing organization that was founded in 2013. It focuses on the life insurance and annuity markets. The company has relationships with about 17,000 agents, and those agents will produce $250 million of annualized paid premium in the mortgage protection, final expense and annuity markets this year, according to Integrity Marketing.
Family First Life helps about 80,000 people per year with life insurance and annuities needs.
Medicare Advantage Specialists is a Medicare Advantage plan IMO that was founded in 2014. The company also offers final expense, supplemental health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, hearing plans, prescription drug plans, life insurance and annuities.
