Integrity Marketing has used acquisitions to create a company with ties to about 200,000 independent agents, up from about 140,000 agents at the end of 2018.

Emrick is an insurance marketing organization that distributes Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare supplement insurance, and other senior market life and health products through a network of agents in 21 states.

Roger Emrick founded the company in 1971. He died in 2010.

Brenda Emrick-Kennedy, Roger Emrick’s daughter, is now the firm’s the president. Her brother, John Emrick, is the firm’s chief financial officer.

Integrity Marketing is buying Emrick from Brenda Emrick-Kennedy and John Emrick.

Although the price of the deal was not disclosed, Integrity Marketing is saying that Brenda Emrick-Kennedy and John Emrick will get a stake in Integrity Marketing.

Emrick has long used Wilbur Wilson, a dog, as its spokesdog. Emrick has identified Wilbur Wilson as being the source of many bits of advice about business practices, such as, “Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success,” and “Home is where the dog hair sticks to everything but the dog.” Integrity Marketing has not given details about its plans for Wilbur Wilson’s role in the company’s leadership team.
