Each of the new leaders joins with 20-plus years of experience at firms like Fidelity and Schwab.

HighTower — a services provider to RIAs with about $68 billion in assets — has hired three new executives.

Abby Salameh, formerly with Private Advisor Group, is HighTower’s chief marketing officer; Greg Fink, earlier CEO of ACG Wealth, is now head of Advisor Success; and Catherine Davies, who previously worked on national accounts for Fidelity, is the firm’s chief of staff and head of Business Management.

“Abby, Greg and Cat are accomplished industry veterans who believe that elite advisory businesses need a bespoke set of services, including capital, business and operational support, to fuel their growth,” according to HighTower CEO Bob Oros.

“They each bring a range of knowledge, ideas and deep advisor relationships that will help HighTower drive organic growth and attract exceptional advisory businesses to our nationwide community,” Oros added.

Salameh, who worked earlier for Fusion Advisor Network, has worked with independent advisors for about 20 years. Fink has two decades of industry experience, including time with Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions, Northern Trust, Direxion Funds and Bank of America Securities. And Davies spent 16 years at Charles Schwab before moving to Fidelity.

Backed by Thomas H. Lee Partners, HighTower works with 98 advisory groups in 33 states.
