How can a growing firm get agents quickly up to speed?

As we have grown it has been a challenge to acquire and get new financial advisors up to speed quickly. We put them through various training courses, as challenging as the Certified Financial Planner designation, and as simple as joining our seasoned advisors in client meetings, but I know we can improve.

What advice would you give a growing advisory group with a goal of getting new advisors prepared quickly?
