Americans don’t particularly like change – especially when it comes to their health plans. President Obama took a lot of fire, including a lot from Republicans, when he said “if you like your plan, you can keep your plan” turned out not to be true. Republicans have long vowed to repeal PPACA and 2017 could be their next chance, but millions of people will have health coverage through PPACA by then. Can Republicans do away with PPACA after they have established themselves as the protector of existing health plans?
