Ted Cruz: We’re winning

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, is apparently unfazed by the damage the shutdown and the looming debt-ceiling debate is having on his own party, the citizens of the country and our reputation abroad. He recently told an audience of conservative activists at the Values Voter Summit that they were “winning.”
