E-cigarettes fire up investors, regulators

Investor and entrepreneurial savant Sean Parker sees a future in the inchoate electric cigarette industry — a $75 million dollar future. The silicon valley mogul and other powerful investors across the country are jumping on board the bandwagon right along with the droves of people trying to wean themselves off cigarettes with the new contraptions. But there are health and regulatory concerns that may morph into concrete road blocks.
