The economy is creating jobs. Will it continue?

Is the American economy beginning to heal or will we have an extended period of physical therapy before we are back on the field? Friday’s job report shows that we are convalescing but many experts feel that we have a long slog ahead of us made even more difficult by Congress’s in ability to operate effectively. There are, however, some bright spots that are propelling growth in the private sector, such as health care.
