While most of the nation’s attention has been (and will continue to be) focused on the top of the ticket this election, major issues are set to be decided further down the ballot in most states. Voters in three states will weigh in on same-sex marriage; six states will vote on marijuana. Proposals involving abortion, health care and dying with dignity are also up for a vote in several states.
