Cash only: What happens when your doctor doesn't accept insurance?

Some doctors are just saying no to managed care networks and the idea of dealing with insurance companies. A personal finance columnist reports that 7 percent of the doctors who participated in a physician group survey said they would like to provide services on a cash-only basis within five years. The colunist suggests that patients who have health problems may be better off sticking with doctors who take insurance.
