On June 13 in Chicago, four practice management experts in the advisor space participated in a day-long, invitation-only roundtable discussion that tackled the Herculean task of defining “practice management” for advisors and addressed the findings of the first Pursuing Practice Excellence study.
The brains behind that study belong to Spenser Segal, founder and CEO of ActiFi, which conducted the study in partnership with AdvisorOne and Investment Advisor magazine.
In this video, Spenser talks about how practice management has evolved, where it will go and how advisors can embrace practice management to their benefit.
